Description
Spring means increased water flow of many of Northern California's rivers and creeks. This is the lower portion of Rock Creek in the Plumas National Forest in Northern California. Here the Rock Creek levels off somewhat shortly before joining the Feather River. From it's headwaters, Rock Creek plunges thousands of feet in a series of cascades and waterfalls.
