A view of some steep alpine meadows on the slopes of Mount Lassen. This exposure was taken in the late afternoon on September 28th 2017. A warm hazy light gave an autumn glow to the forest. Mount Lassen last erupted in 1921 and is the last mountain the Northwest's Cascade range. Elevation is 10,463′
