Artist's Description

The last blaze of fiery light from the setting sun illuminates the snow on a ski slope. This painting measures only 6 x 12 inches and is full of detail giving the illusion that the painting is actually much larger than it actually is. This painting is one of a series of works that capture my fond memories of 25 Vermont Winters when I cross country skied through snowy landscapes.
