Artist's Description

The original painting, custom prints and cards are available.

"Light... capturing the light is what drives me to paint says Frank Wilson, the "Painter Of Dreams."

"My favorite times of the day to view the landscape is in in the early morning hours of sunrise or in the late afternoon and evening when the sun is low and about to set creating beautiful long shadows that drape across the land revealing it's form. Those moments are fleeting and are very special to the eyes. The human eye sees very differently than a camera and the challenge is to get the warmth of the colors and the glow of the atmosphere as the eyes see it not as a camera."

"The moon has always had a special allure for me and I really enjoy the mystery of moonlit evenings ... especially in the winter months when the snow magnifies the light."

These originals are 16" x 20" matted in a 3" wide, white Rising Museum Board Matt. The actual size of the painting is 10" x 14 ".
