You cannot travel far in Vermont without coming to a mountain brook, stream or river. In this black and white photograph, I have captured a serene mountain stream as it flows through a rocky landscape surrounded by dense forest. Tall trees and distant peaks create a sense of depth and tranquility in the black&white scene in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains.
